Scott Whitlow, D.O. FAAEM
Senior Associate Dean
He directly oversees Clinical Education, Clinical Service Line Development, Clinical Contracting, Clinical Strategic Planning, Faculty Development, Continuing Medical Education, Graduate Medical Education, Project/Revenue Development, and any other aspects of TUCOM Leadership as determined by the Dean. He has served TUCOM previously as the Associate Dean of Clinical Education and still serves as Professor of Emergency Medicine.

Jennifer Weiss, DO
Assistant Dean Faculty Development

May Linn, D.O.
Assistant Dean GME and Program Development.
Family Physician at One Medical Group, San Francisco. Graduate of Training in Policy Studies and current Fellow with the Osteopathic Health Policy Fellowship with AACOM.

Susan Harrington
Assistant Director of CME and COM Accreditation
As part of the TUCOM Senior Associate Dean’s Office, Susan’s position supports the Senior Associate Dean and the other faculty in that office, as well as being a back-up for the Dean’s Executive Assistant. She also serves as the Assistant Director of CME and COM Accreditation, assisting Senior Director Sarah Passage with all the operations of the CME department.
The Clinical Education Department (CED)

David Coffman, D.O.
Associate Dean, CED
Dr. Coffman is our Associate Dean of Clinical Education. He is a valuable asset to the CED Team and works with our adjunct faculty and sites with a smile.

Nathalie Garcia-Russell, Ph.D.
Assistant Dean CED
Dr. Garcia-Russell has been a long-time member of the CED and is very knowledgeable on the typical “ins and outs” of the clinical education of our students.

Irina Jones, B.S.
Administrative Director, CED
Miss Jones has been the longest lasting member of the CED and it shows! She is an amazing source of information, assistance, and data. She knows our clinical sites and their staff well.

Candyce Sullivan
Clinical Distinction and Faculty Development Coordinator
Candyce is the first point of contact regarding the Clinical Distinction Course. She triages questions, concerns and communication issues and does her best to address those herself. She has a heart for the students and their potential in this course.

Luciano Garza
Credentialing, Affiliations, and Preceptor CME
Luciano collaborates with any interested sites and preceptors in order to add them to our list of approved faculty for students to utilize during their clinical years. He works with both 3rd and 4th year students simultaneously to ensure rotations can begin without concern. Luciano is also responsible for processing preceptor CME for student rotations.
